Terms governing your access to and use of the JustFacture application and services.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the JustFacture application and services (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
JustFacture is a subscription-based application that allows users to create, send, and manage invoices and related business documents.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
- Access to certain features of the Service requires an active subscription after the free trial.
- Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store (iOS), Google Play (Android), or our web billing provider, depending on where you subscribe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time: App Store subscriptions through your Apple ID settings, Google Play subscriptions through your Play Store account, and web subscriptions from your subscription settings in the web app.
- Refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple and Google under their respective policies. For web subscriptions, contact us at support@justfacture.com.
- We do not store full payment card details for any subscription channel.
4. Invoice Payments via Stripe
JustFacture allows users to accept payments from their own customers for invoices using Stripe. These payments are between you and your customers. JustFacture is not responsible for disputes, chargebacks, or payment issues related to invoice payments.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful activities
- Attempt unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Service
6. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustFacture is not liable for business losses, lost profits, missed payments, or damages resulting from use of the Service.
8. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. We will post any updated Terms at this URL with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
